  11. I'm thinking of buying a modem, and this model from BOCA (SE 14.4 VSP) seems perfect, as it comes with modem/fax/sound and voicemail
  12. capabilities. However, I would like to know any opinion about this modem, besides the one from BOCA itself. 
  13. BTW, does it support caller-ID? What about the software that comes with it, is it useful? Did anyone have any problem
  14. of incompatibility or malfunction?
